Strawberry Banana Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. almond milk or skim milk or coconut milk or rice milk or almond milk

  • 1 scoop of whey protein

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

  • ½ banana

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon psyllium fiber

Directions:

1. Use your blender to create this recipe.

2. Add 8 oz. of the milk of your choice then the remaining ingredients.

3. Blend for 60 seconds and enjoy!
