Steak and Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces steak

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen peppers

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen onions

  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen asparagus

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • Microwaveable roasted red potatoes (Birds Eye Steamfresh Salt & Vinegar)

  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning

  • 2 tablespoon olives oil

  • Optional: A1 Sauce

Directions:

1. Season steak on both sides with McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning.

2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat with oil.

3. Add peppers and onions to skillet. Cook for 8 minutes. Remove peppers and onions from pan.

4. Season asparagus with sea salt and bake at 400°F.

5. Microwave Birds Eye Steamfresh Salt & Vinegar Potatoes for 5 minutes then bake in oven for 10 minutes.

6. Cook steak on medium-high heat in the skillet for 6-7 min each side, then add grilled onions and peppers.

7. Remove asparagus and potatoes, plate and add steak, enjoy!
