Mixed Berry Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz almond milk or water or fat-free milk

  • 8 oz vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries, blueberries & strawberries

  • 1 scoop of whey protein

  • Garnish with mint

Directions (makes one protein shake):

1. Use your blender to mix all ingredients.

2. Add the almond milk, yogurt, berries, and whey protein.

3. Add ice for a thicker colder smoothie and blend for 60 seconds or until smooth and enjoy!
