Healthy Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • ¼ cup skim milk

  • ½ cup cornflake crumbs

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or nonstick spray oil

Directions:

1. Coat bottom of baking pan with spray or oil.

2. Combine crumbs and cheese in a bowl.

3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

4. Dip chicken into milk, then into crumb mixture/

5. Place chicken in dish. Bake at 350°F about 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
