Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spaghetti squash

  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 cup of leftover “Damn” Turkey Chili

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350-375ºF.

2. Halve raw spaghetti squash with a sturdy sharp knife, scoop out and discard the squash innards with a spoon.

3. Place halves onto an oven safe cooking dish face up. Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
