Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
8 oz almond milk
¼ cup of Quick Oats, dry
1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate whey protein
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Optional:
3 ice cubes
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
½ banana
Directions:
1. Use a blender to mix all ingredients. Add the almond, protein, peanut butter, cinnamon, and optional ingredients of your choice.
3. Add ice for a thicker colder smoothie and blend for 60 seconds or until smooth and enjoy!
