French Toast
Ingredients:
2 slices of white or wheat bread
1 large egg
¼ cup vanilla almond milk
1 ounce French Vanilla Cîroc
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
¼ cup fresh or thawed strawberries
¼ cup fresh or thawed blueberries
3 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
2 tablespoon whipped cream
Optional: Coconut flakes for garnish
Directions:
Beat egg, vanilla Cîroc, and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Stir in almond milk.
Dip bread in egg mixture, let soak for 1 minute, turning to coat both sides evenly.
Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
