French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of white or wheat bread

  • 1 large egg

  • ¼ cup vanilla almond milk

  • 1 ounce French Vanilla Cîroc

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup fresh or thawed strawberries

  • ¼ cup fresh or thawed blueberries

  • 3 tablespoon sugar-free syrup

  • 2 tablespoon whipped cream

  • Optional: Coconut flakes for garnish

Directions:

  1. Beat egg, vanilla Cîroc, and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Stir in almond milk.

  2. Dip bread in egg mixture, let soak for 1 minute, turning to coat both sides evenly.

  3. Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
