Loaded Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Quick 1-Minute Oats

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon walnuts or almonds

  • ½ cup black berries or blueberries or raspberries

  • 2 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • Dash cinnamon

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon shredded coconut

Directions (makes one serving):

1. Add ½ cup of quick oats to a bowl.

2. Add 1 cup of water and mix.

3. Place in microwave for 1 minute.

4. Remove from microwave and add nuts, fruit and toppings of choice and enjoy!
