Loaded Oatmeal
Ingredients:
½ cup Quick 1-Minute Oats
1 cup water
1 tablespoon walnuts or almonds
½ cup black berries or blueberries or raspberries
2 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Dash cinnamon
Optional: 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
Directions (makes one serving):
1. Add ½ cup of quick oats to a bowl.
2. Add 1 cup of water and mix.
3. Place in microwave for 1 minute.
4. Remove from microwave and add nuts, fruit and toppings of choice and enjoy!
